Cooper Electrical builds a team for each design/build project. The team consists of estimators, project management, BIM, document control specialists, and superintendents. The team stays with the project from the start of design to closeout. We found that keeping a consistent team allows us to reduce job costs and improve scheduling. Budget Management allows us to discuss costs as the project evolves while ensuring quality service to the owner. We provide detail of our estimate and make sure all involved parties are aware of the scope of work that is included.

 As a design/build partner, we work with the engineer, owner, and other trade partners. Working as a team the unforeseen setbacks and problems are worked out during the design phase. The continuity of our team ensures solutions are carried over to the construction phase.
